HOW TO EAT
AN OYSTER.

01

Smell First

A fresh oyster smells like the ocean. Briny, clean, salty. If yours smells off, tell your server and we'll bring another. That's the deal, no questions asked.

02

Pick a Sauce

Mignonette and cocktail sauce are the standards. Feeling brave? Try the habanero honey. You won't regret it.

03

Tilt and Slurp

Tip the shell toward your mouth. Get the oyster and the liquor in one go. Chew a couple times so you actually taste it. That's it.

04

Order More

You're going to want more. That's normal. No limit during Happy Hour. The $1 price tag is real and we are not playing.
